And then just choose among all those things to do in Ivanjica, whether to see history monuments, go Golija mountaineering, to visit 13th century monasteries or caves and lakes. There are few more places around Uzice town in Western Serbia one should visit. If you keep driving towards Tara Mountain, you will reach the Mokra Gora area, famous for Emir Kusturica’s Drvengrad, the old train route and the Serbian clairvoyant family. There’s no surprise there when you learn that on the way from Negotin to Paracin town in Eastern Serbia there will be traces of rich history to admire, but the lavish nature as well. It’s always like that when you go around Serbia! The distance between the two towns is less than 160 km which can easily be covered in a couple of hours, but one just has to make so many stops in order to see everything in this area – that I needed a sleepover on the way. I can’t finish this series without dedicating one post to animals. All of you probably know stories about monkeys at the Monkey Forest or the Uluwatu Temple complex where they often take sunglasses or cameras from visitors. I have told you already that you should buy fruit before taking a walk towards the actual temple. Monkeys are believed to be guarding this holy complex, so they are not to be disturbed. You will come across them sitting on the fortified walls, peacefully, like waiting to be given some treat. (more…)

Okay, so we have covered the most popular places to visit in Bali so far, famous temples being among the first. And I did mention few things I bought in Bali, but I feel I should dedicate the whole post to souvenirs and things to bring from the island. Why?
